The lodge is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements provide maximum comfort and privacy, boasting three king ensuites and a dedicated bunk room, ensuring every guest has a restful space to retreat to after a day of adventure.

While the home itself is a sanctuary, guests enjoy access to a vast array of community features within Eagles Nest. The Great Camp offers a BBQ Pavilion, an amphitheater for summer concerts (May through November), The Great Lawn, a playground, hiking trails, a seasonal ropes course and climbing tower, a mini-golf course, and a 24/7 general store. At the North Pavilion, you can find a ball field, a sports court for basketball and pickleball, a dog park, and the Woodland Trail System for hiking and biking. For those seeking leisure and sport, the community also provides tennis courts, pickleball, disc golf, and archery (equipment must be provided by the guest). Wine enthusiasts can visit the onsite vineyard for food and wine, with day passes available for $25 (visitors must be 16 or older).

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. The home features a well-stocked kitchen for meal preparation and a starter set of essential paper products and toiletries. Please note that this is a non-smoking, pet-free property. To maintain the peaceful environment, parties or gatherings exceeding the posted occupancy are prohibited.

Important guidelines: guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve the property and must sign a rental agreement. Private ATVs are not permitted within the community. During winter months (November-March), 4WD/AWD and/or chains are highly recommended due to elevation changes and potential snow. Additionally, as Eagles Nest is a growing community, construction noise may be audible from 7am-7pm, Monday through Saturday. For those wishing to enjoy the outdoor firepit, kiln-dried firewood bundles and a firestarter can be purchased for $25 plus tax.
