The ground floor includes a bedroom with a king bed and a bunk room featuring twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunks with a twin trundle. The first floor hosts a private king master retreat, while the second floor provides two twin-over-twin bunk beds. For additional flexibility, a queen pull-out mattress and pull-out couch are also available.

While Walmart and Publix are nearby, keep in mind that you are on an island, and some larger city stores may be a 10-30 minute drive.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Pets are not allowed; failure to comply results in a $700 cleaning fee. No parties or events are permitted without prior agreement, as a party alarm is on premises. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Please avoid parking on the grass or street to avoid HOA fines. To maintain the home, we kindly ask for no shoes on carpeted areas.
