Perfectly positioned as a second-row beach home, this inviting retreat is just a short and easy walk from the sand, offering the ideal combination of beach convenience and a peaceful sanctuary for family vacations and large group getaways.

Designed for gathering and making memories, the home features a layout that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, including two king bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen and a full bed, and another bedroom with two queen beds. For added comfort and privacy, each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. The home also provides 2 bathrooms, including Jack and Jill configurations that balance shared moments with personal retreats.

The heart of the home is an open and comfortable living room that serves as the central hangout space. Flowing naturally from the living area, the fully equipped kitchen and dining space make it easy to stay connected while cooking. The dining table seats six, with additional island seating for five, creating a social and inviting atmosphere throughout the main floor.

Step outside to find a rejuvenating private backyard pool surrounded by seating and a dining table, perfect for lounging or alfresco meals. Beneath the house, an outdoor hangout area with seating, a grill, and a convenient outdoor shower set the scene for casual evening gatherings. Two balconies—one at the front and one at the back—provide peaceful spots for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Located in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach, guests are close to local seafood restaurants, boutique shopping, fishing piers, golf courses, and scenic coastal spots perfect for biking.

Rules: Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property and balconies. House parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Fireworks are illegal in North Carolina and strictly prohibited. Only umbrellas are allowed on the beach (no tents or cabanas).
Pool Note: The pool is open year-round. Heating is available for an additional fee (ranging from $100 to $150 per day depending on the season), though temperatures cannot be guaranteed in winter. Glass containers are prohibited in pool areas.

Before You Arrive: We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

*Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!

*(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).

*We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.

*ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (This does not apply to HVMB guests.)

*While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.

*Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.

*You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 25 years old or older.

*We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.

*Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).

*Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.

*We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
