The shared full bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower and a single vanity. For those needing extra space, the cozy living area includes a sofa that easily converts into a queen sleeper.

The living space flows seamlessly into a dining area that seats four and a fully stocked kitchen boasting ample counter space and a Keurig coffee maker. Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, with ID verification required upon arrival. A signed Life in Paradise rental agreement is required. Pets are welcome with a $95 fee per pet (limit 2). Please note that guests should bring their own charcoal for the grills and K-cups for the coffee maker. Laundry soap is not provided in the shared laundry area. Please be aware that construction is common in Port Aransas and may be audible during your stay.
