• Guests must sign and complete the rental agreement in its entirety.

• Upon departure, guests must empty the fridge, wash all dirty dishes, start the dishwasher, and place towels in the bathroom shower.
• All trash must be removed from inside and placed in the outside receptacle.
• Hot tub covers must be latched after use; standing or sitting on the covers is prohibited.
