We have multiple condos in the building,

No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties, Must be 25 to rent. Quit hours start at 10pm If you make the reservation for a certain amount of guests, you cannot add people after making the reservation. Copy of Drivers License required. failure to provide will result in forfeit rent and denied access. Check in begins at 4pm. Check out is at 10am. Smoking Fine is $300 plus damages taken out of security deposit. During Spring break and Summer times we have 5 to 7 night minimums starting on a Saturday. Please email for details or exceptions. -Please email for details You MUST report all damaged and/or broken items to air bnb portal immediately upon your arrival or you forfeit all or some of your deposit. Missing wristbands and or tram pass are charged $25 each and will be taken out of security deposit. If there is any damage in excess of the security deposit, you are agree to coordinate with air bnb to cover payment. After reserving the condo, we will email you a rental agreement. Failure to send the completed “Vacation Rental Agreement” back will result in not getting access to the condo and forfeiting the amount paid. By booking with Airbnb, you and all in your party agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
