This spacious property features 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests according to our standard capacity. The layout is thoughtfully split between two floors to ensure comfort. On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms, including a room with a king bed and private bathroom, another with two single beds and one double bed, and a room with two double beds. The second floor hosts three bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, private bathroom, and a balcony to enjoy the views.

Living spaces are designed for gathering and relaxation. The home includes a wide living room with a 60" TV and air conditioning, as well as a newly remodeled kitchen with a dining area for four. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a multipurpose area that serves as a bar and kitchenette, complete with a large counter, refrigerator, dishwasher, 50" TV, and a cozy lounge area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Villa Salma experience. The large pool includes a dedicated children's area with jets and a separate unheated jacuzzi. For entertainment, the patio is equipped with a pool table, a frog game, and seating for six guests.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please note that towels are not provided. While we generally do not allow pets, we make an exception for one dog per reservation for an additional cost of $80,000 COP; this requires a mandatory deep cleaning post-stay. Pets are strictly prohibited from the pool. Smoking inside the house is forbidden, and parties or large events are not permitted. For safety and compliance, guests must provide full names and ID photos for all occupants. To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house.
