GENERAL HOUSE RULES
By confirming their reservation, all guests agree to abide by these rules.
- Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: no later than 11:00 am
It is very important to respect the check-out time, as our team needs enough time to prepare the house before the next reservation.
Late check-outs after 11:00 am without prior authorization may incur an additional fee.
If you wish to check in before 3:00 pm, you must request it at the time of booking. If you wish to check out after 11 am, you must request it no later than the day of your check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Availability and cost must be confirmed directly with your concierge.
Please respect the agreed check-in time. In case of delay or any unforeseen event, you must notify us in advance so that the concierge can arrange for your reception.
- Number of Guests
The number of people indicated in the reservation must be respected.
Additional people are not allowed to enter or stay without prior authorization from the administrator.
In the event of detecting additional unregistered guests, the following may be charged:
The corresponding fee for each additional person.
A penalty for not having previously informed or requested authorization.
The house can never exceed its maximum authorized capacity.
- Noise, music, and coexistence with the neighbors
Municipal noise regulations are very strict due to the growth of tourism in the area.
During the day, the volume of music, conversations and any other activity must be kept at a reasonable level that allows the neighbors to enjoy their homes in peace.
After 11:00 PM, loud music, shouting, or any noise that may disturb the neighbors is not allowed.
This is not just a house rule, but a municipal provision. Authorities may apply penalties independent of property management, including fines that can reach MXN 10,000.
We know you're coming to relax and have fun. We ask that you pay special attention to the volume during the early morning hours, especially when you return from the bars or parties in Zicatela.
- Parties, events and loudspeakers
It is forbidden to:
Hiring a DJ without authorization.
Rent or buy additional speakers.
Use speakers other than those provided by the house.
Organizing parties, gatherings or events without prior authorization.
Any event or meeting you wish to hold must be reported to and approved in advance by the administration. Depending on the type of event, additional conditions and charges may apply.
- Cleaning and house check-in
The reservation includes a check-out cleaning fee corresponding to a normal cleaning after a stay.
We don't expect you to leave the house perfectly clean as you found it. However, we ask for them:
Put garbage in the corresponding cans.
Leave dishes washed.
Do not leave food residue or trash all over the property.
Place used towels in the designated place.
Leave the house reasonably tidy so that our team can do the usual cleaning.
An extraordinary cleaning fee may be charged when the house requires more time or staff than usual. For example:
A large amount of trash, bottles or food scraps.
Accumulated dirty dishes.
Cigarette butts, bottle caps or garbage thrown on floors, in gardens, on terraces or in the pool.
Towels, sheets, or items scattered throughout the property.
Furniture moved from its place.
Spills, stains or excessive dirt.
Any situation that requires additional staff or significantly extends the cleaning time.
The cleaning fee covers the usual work after a stay; it does not cover excessive conditions or damage caused during the reservation.
- Use and maintenance of the pool
To keep the pool clean, safe, and available throughout your stay, we ask that you respect the following rules:
Allow access to the pool and garden maintenance staff on scheduled days. The pool cleaning takes approximately 20 minutes and is necessary to keep the water in good condition.
Do not throw cigarette butts, garbage, food, drinks or any other object into the pool.
Rinse before entering to remove sand and excess sunscreen, body creams or oils, as these products make the water considerably dirty.
Failure to follow these rules may require special treatment. In that case, the pool could remain out of service for one night. We appreciate your cooperation so that you can enjoy it clean and use it every day.
In addition, if the pool is left excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning, treatment or work, an extraordinary cleaning fee may be applied.
