Designed for comfortable group stays, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are flexible across multiple levels: the upstairs primary bedroom hosts a queen four-poster bed, while the downstairs area offers a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a full bed. For additional guests, the home provides two queen sofa beds and a futon in the loft. Please note that guests using the loft or sofa beds should bring additional linens.

The interior is anchored by a welcoming main living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light and a stone fireplace that adds a cozy, coastal feel. The open layout connects the living area to the dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring easy gathering for group meals. For entertainment, TVs are located in the primary bedroom and the downstairs rec-room.
