While the apartment offers a dedicated kitchen area featuring a fridge, cabinets, and a convenient island, please note that there is no full stove or oven. Instead, the space is equipped with a hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave, along with all necessary cooking utensils, plates, cups, and cutlery to ensure a pleasant stay.

Situated in a vibrant area of the city, the property is conveniently accessible via public transportation, Uber, Lyft, and taxis. Guests will find themselves in a dynamic environment, as the building houses commercial retail stores and a bar on the ground level, with a wedding venue located on the top floor. Because of these mixed-use features, guests should be aware that celebrations may take place in the venue during their visit. Additionally, as the building continues to be improved, ongoing construction on the lower levels may cause occasional noise during normal business hours.

To maintain the quality of this historic space, several house rules are in place. Pets are not allowed. Indoor smoking and partying are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in a $300 fee. To protect the plumbing, please flush only toilet paper.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged; please be advised that a $150 late fee applies if guests have not vacated the premises by the time cleaners arrive.
