To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that a $150 late fee will be charged if cleaners arrive and you have not vacated the premises by the checkout time. Pets are not allowed. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated; any evidence of these activities will result in a $300 fee. For maintenance reasons, please flush only toilet paper in the toilets, avoiding paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products.

As this is a multi-use historic building, please note that there is an event venue on the top floor that may host celebrations during your stay. Additionally, ongoing construction in other areas of the building may cause occasional noise during normal business hours.
