Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 24 years old to book. One pet is allowed with a $25 fee, provided they are approved and kept off furniture. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. To prevent the AC unit from freezing, please do not set the temperature below 70 degrees. Additionally, no parking is permitted on neighboring lawns or driveways, and oversized vehicles or trailers require explicit approval. Cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. Identity verification, including a government-issued photo ID and matching credit card, is required prior to check-in.
