This peaceful retreat is situated on the fourth floor and is designed for comfort and style. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The space features a queen bed and a living room equipped with a queen pullout sofa for additional sleeping needs. For those requiring extra flexibility, a rollaway twin cot is available upon request.

While the apartment offers a sophisticated living environment, please note the specific configuration of the kitchen area. Guests will find a functional space featuring a fridge, cabinets, and a convenient island. While there is no full stove or oven, the kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, toaster oven, cooking utensils, plates, cups, and cutlery to ensure a comfortable stay.

Located in the heart of Troy, guests have easy access to the city's offerings via public transportation, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis, which are available throughout the area.

To maintain the quality of this luxury space, several house rules are strictly enforced. Pets are not allowed, and there is a zero-tolerance policy for partying or indoor smoking; any evidence of these activities will result in a $300 fee. We kindly ask that guests flush only toilet paper in the toilets, avoiding paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products. Please be aware that the building houses an event venue on the top floor, and events may be hosted during your visit.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Please be mindful that if cleaners arrive after this time and you have not departed, a $150 late fee will be charged.
