The bunk room is a guest favorite, featuring a full-over-full bunk and a daybed with a trundle to comfortably sleep four. Each of these bedrooms enjoys the convenience of an ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional half bathroom located off the second-floor living space.

• Age Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. During GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age increases to 30, or guests must be children traveling with parents; student groups are not permitted.
• Events: Parties and events are not allowed, and no overnight guests beyond the original booking group are permitted.
