Discover the Mount Vernon Loft, a self-contained boutique suite in the heart of South Austin where 'Ciao Bella' is painted right on the wall to set a bold, playful, and completely intentional tone. This bright, curated space is designed with an editorial eye, offering a unique blend of personality and style that is small in footprint but big in character.

The loft is thoughtfully configured with one bedroom featuring a designer king bed and a calm, considered atmosphere anchored by a forest green channel-tufted velvet headboard, warm lighting, and a walk-in closet. For additional guests, the living area includes a charcoal queen sleeper sofa, allowing the suite to accommodate up to 4 guests. The bathroom is equally sophisticated, boasting a walk-in glass shower with designer geometric tile and matte black hardware throughout.

Living spaces are flooded with natural light via floor-to-ceiling windows dressed in blush linen curtains. The interior is further enhanced by two green chenille armchairs, a dining nook, and a flat screen TV. While the suite does not have a full kitchen, it features a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge and a Nespresso Vertuo machine with complimentary pods to ensure a seamless stay.

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Austin, Texas, you are minutes away from the iconic dining and shopping of South Congress, the craft breweries and local eateries of St. Elmo, and the city's legendary live music energy. Zilker Park and Barton Springs are practically in your backyard, while downtown is a brief 10-minute drive and the airport is 15 minutes away.

Important Notes: A train passes directly behind the property (earplugs provided). A game room is located below the loft and may be audible when occupied
Access: Guests have full private access to the loft suite. Note that the main house and all outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, putting green, and outdoor cinema) are not included and are occupied by other guests

1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down throughout the day, but especially after 10 p.m. in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest's stay.
5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
6. PETS - We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.
7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.
8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.
10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
11. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
12. PARKING - Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway. Free street parking is also available.
13. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests' stay. It is the Guests' responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host's ability.
The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)

*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
1. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
