The layout features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, and 2 full bathrooms. To accommodate additional guests, a queen air mattress is also available, allowing the home to welcome up to 6 guests comfortably.

While the apartment is a sanctuary of its own, guests have access to an array of premium building features. You can maintain your routine at the gym, unwind in the hot tubs, or take a dip in the pool (seasonal; closed from mid-October until spring). For those who need to stay productive, the building offers coworking spaces, while the BBQs, lounges, and patios provide excellent spots for socialization.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Free assigned garage parking is provided. Large trucks or lifted vehicles may only fit on Levels 1–2; alternatively, a safe dirt parking lot is available behind the building. For garage access, the make/model of the vehicle and a photo of the driver’s license are required for internal records.
• Access: Self check-in via a garage lockbox for the key fob. A parking pass is located in the unit and must be displayed while parked.
• Rules: No smoking. No parties or events (violation results in a $1,000 fine). Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
• Important: The key fob and parking pass must be returned to the fridge at checkout. A $100 fee applies if either is lost.
• Pets: Not allowed per structured data (though prior approval may be requested).
