Designed to sleep 7 guests comfortably, the home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom provides a peaceful setting with a comfortable queen-size bed. The second bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. For additional sleeping space, the cozy living room includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the group to relax and reconnect after a day in the sun.

The home is thoughtfully laid out for group gatherings, featuring a welcoming dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals (please note there is no dishwasher). The living area is equipped with a smart TV for unwinding in the evenings. Outside, you can enjoy a large covered front porch with rocking chairs, an expansive backyard ideal for yard games and children, and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off sand and saltwater.

Located at 316 W 1st Ave, this property puts you in a prime location where you can park the car and explore on foot. You are just a short walk from public beach access, a variety of restaurants, ice cream shops, and local beach stores. Guests are also within easy walking distance of The Hangout, one of the area's most popular spots for food, live music, and entertainment.

• Parking: Ample space for up to 4 vehicles; U-hauls, trailers, boats, and buses are prohibited
• Essentials: A starter pack of laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, and travel-sized toiletries is provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
