This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out: the Master bedroom offers a king bed and a TV, while the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a mounted TV. The third bedroom is a favorite for youngsters, equipped with twin bunks and a twin daybed with a trundle. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa.

The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, fully equipped for everything from big beach breakfasts to fresh catches of the day. It features a granite-topped bar, a large dining table, and appliances including a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, oven, stove, microwave, slow cooker, blender, and toaster oven. The bright and cheery living room is cozy as can be, with two large couches, two sofa chairs, and a large wall-mounted TV for movie nights. Step outside to the spacious private deck to drink in the warm ocean breeze.

Room-specific highlights include an immense master bath with double sinks and a huge tiled walk-in shower, while the hallway bathroom provides a convenient tub/shower combo.

Located in the charming Sea Isle neighborhood of West Galveston, you are just minutes from the beach and the bay. Nature lovers will appreciate that Galveston Island State Park is only 10 minutes away, while the famous Galveston Seawall, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Pleasure Pier are a 20-minute drive. Local conveniences include the Sandbar Grill seafood restaurant and a neighborhood convenience store.

Guests have access to the Sea Isle subdivision pool, fishing pier, park, picnic pavilion, and tennis court. Please note that pool passes are $100 per reservation (up to 10 passes) and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA office Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
