Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Lakeview, Illinois, the property is perfectly positioned for exploration. You are within walking distance of neighborhood favorites, close to the Southport Corridor, and just a short distance from Wrigley Field—reachable in about 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes via transit. For those heading downtown, the brown line train is only 0.5 miles away, making the commute approximately 20 minutes by car or 35 minutes via public transit. The local area is fantastic for shopping, entertainment, and nightlife, with a Whole Foods around the corner for all your essentials.

This unit is located in the blue-sided coach house at the back of the property. Guests access the second-floor entrance via the stairwell on the left side of the building after passing through the side gate.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on building premises
• Glitter: Strictly prohibited for decorations or any other reason
• Guest Verification: Guests must complete verification through Truvi prior to arrival
• Security: Guests may choose between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver
• Late Check-out: A $50 fee applies to check-outs after 10:00 AM
• Guest Limit: Maximum capacity is 4 guests; excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per person
