Designed for comfort and convenience, the suite features a thoughtful layout with one bedroom containing one queen bed and one full bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The living area provides a relaxing atmosphere, featuring a comfortable recliner and a dining set for two, ensuring you have a dedicated space to unwind and enjoy your meals.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the suite is thoughtfully appointed for a seamless stay. Guests will find a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a small cooking set and a drip coffee maker to start the morning right. For added convenience, the suite includes a washer and dryer. Guests also enjoy private access to the entire suite, complimentary coffee for their first morning, free Wi-Fi, and free street parking.

Located in a prime area, you are just one mile from downtown and three miles from St. Augustine Beach. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with local favorites like Mojos Tacos, Putt Putt, and the Chop Shop butcher shop just a short distance away.

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following practical information. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and the primary guest must remain on-site for the duration of the stay. Street parking is available directly in front of the home; however, the driveway and garage are reserved for the main home and are not available for guest use. Please be aware that the front home on the property may be occupied during your visit.

Strict house rules apply to maintain the quality of the home: no pets are allowed, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the porch. Illegal drugs and underage drinking are forbidden. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. To protect the property, a guest verification, a signed rental agreement, and a choice between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit are required via a secure portal prior to arrival. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.
