We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option.

Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out.

Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM.

We do not offer check out past 11AM.

Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM.

Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis.

After Hours Check In Policy: Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier.

Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM.

If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival.

If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations.

Uno de nuestros agentes lo registrara a la entrada y le recibe a la salida la propiedad de forma personal. No hay opción de checar entrada o salida sin la presencia de uno de nuestros agentes de rentas.

Política de salida: La salida es a las 11:00. No ofrecemos salida después de las 11:00.

Política de entrada: La entrada es de las 16:00 horas y las 21:00 horas.

Las solicitudes de registro anticipado se evaluarán en función de la solicitud.

Política de check-in fuera del horario de atención: La entrada después de las 21:00 no es algo que ofrezcamos como práctica estándar. Si llega en avión, reserve un vuelo más temprano, si llega en automóvil, salga antes.

Pasar por el aeropuerto puede demorar entre 45 minutos y 1,5 horas si llega desde fuera del país. El tiempo de viaje a la propiedad puede tomar otros 20-45 minutos. Si está alquilando un automóvil, el procesamiento y el papeleo podrían demorar entre 1 y 1.5 horas. Reserve un vuelo que lo lleve lo suficientemente temprano para permitir estos artículos y la hora de llegada no más tarde de las 9 p.m.

Si planea o necesita llegar después de las 9:00 p. m., primero debe consultarnos antes de hacer su reservación, para ver si podemos recibirlo; Si podemos recibirlo, habrá un cargo adicional por realizar entrada tarde, misma que debe pagar en efectivo a su llegada.

Si no consulta y no recibe la autorización antes de hacer su reservación para la entrada tardía, Usted será responsable de cancelar su reservación.
