• Check-out: 11:00 AM (No late check-outs offered)
• Security Deposit: $300 USD (or Peso equivalent) required at check-in, 100% refundable at check-out
• Occupancy: Maximum 6 people of any age
• House Rules: No private events or parties allowed. Smoking is permitted on balconies or the beach only, not by the pool. No outside visitors are allowed in common areas, including the pool.
• Pets: Not allowed unless by special arrangement with additional nightly costs, cleaning fees, and a security deposit
• Late Arrivals: Check-in after 9:00 PM must be inquired about prior to booking and may incur a cash fee
