• Security Deposit: $300 USD (or Peso equivalent), 100% refundable at check-out
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit or on the terrace (Fine of $300 USD / $6,000 MXN). A dedicated smoking area is available on the rooftop.
• Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Up to 2 visitors may be registered at the front desk for pool/bar area access during normal hours; no overnight guests are allowed.
• Requirements: Valid photo ID is required for all registered renters and guests (no photocopies).
