The second bedroom is designed for flexibility with a full bed and a bunk bed consisting of two twin beds. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

The property is situated right across from the beach and the unique oceanfront fitness trail, featuring a scenic walking path and outdoor workout stations overlooking the Atlantic.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note this unit is on the third floor with no elevator. The minimum renter age is 25, and a guest 25 or older must reside on-site throughout the stay. This is a non-smoking condo, and no pets (including therapy pets) are allowed. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles; motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, and campers are prohibited. Guests may choose between a $39 damage waiver or a refundable $700 security deposit.
