* The property is 100% non-smoking. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Evidence of smoking may result in immediate eviction and cancellation without refund.

* For security, recording cameras are located in public areas only, including the pool area, front of the building, and back alley by the garage dumpster. There are no cameras inside units or private spaces.
