Upstairs, the layout is designed for family-friendly flexibility with two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and a single bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

• Minimum rental age: 25
• Pets are not allowed
• Identity verification (government photo ID) and a signed Guest Occupancy Agreement are required prior to check-in
• No check-ins or check-outs permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
• A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (up to $2,000) is included with your reservation
