Guest access
✦ Guests have private access to the entire property and fenced backyard, with the exception of the owner-locked storage closet in the hallway. We want you to enjoy all our amenities, though access may occasionally be limited due to maintenance or cleaning. While we do our best to ensure everything is available, unforeseen issues can arise. Thanks for your understanding - we’ll always work to minimize any disruption to your stay.

Other things to note
✦ House Rules:
1. No smoking of any kind ($350 fine).
2. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM, per city ordinance.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Minimum age to book is 25. The person booking must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the full reservation.
5. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night’s charge.
7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
8. Dogs allowed, maximum of two. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.
