Designed for comfort and connection, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a king bed, walk-in closet, direct access to the enclosed patio, and a spa-like en-suite bath complete with a vessel-sink vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub set beneath a picture window. A second bedroom provides a queen bed with mountain views, while the bunk room is built for the crew with a full-over-full bunk and an additional twin bed. The second bathroom continues the home's artful style with a striking mosaic-tiled walk-in shower.

Over 2,900 square feet of living space blends hand-sculpted walls and soaring pine ceilings with walls of glass framing the Sangre de Cristos. Gather in the open great room featuring a smart TV, or retreat to the cozy second sitting room anchored by a white kiva-style wood-burning fireplace. For those needing to stay connected, a tucked-away desk nook with a mountain-view window makes remote work effortless, while a wood stove adds extra warmth on cool evenings.

The custom kitchen is a cook's playground, centered around a sculptural showpiece pizza oven. It is fully equipped with granite counters, a gas range, wine fridge, breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

Outdoor living is just as inviting, with flagstone patios and an enclosed sun-room dining space. Guests can enjoy the gas grill and colorful lounge chairs while soaking in the high-desert quiet.
