The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a dedicated desk workspace, and an ensuite bathroom; a second bedroom featuring a queen bed and a crib with views of the mountains; and a playful bunk room equipped with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin trundle, making it an ideal space for children.

Inside, the home showcases saltillo tile floors, viga-and-latilla wood ceilings, and a wood-burning kiva fireplace that serves as the heart of the living area. The updated kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, and a tiled island with bar seating. The two bathrooms are finished with hand-painted Talavera tile, with one offering a walk-in shower and the other a tub and shower combination.

Outdoor living is a centerpiece of the experience. A furnished verandah wraps around the home, accompanied by a gas grill and a fire pit perfect for sunset evenings. The yard is framed by native high-desert landscaping and enclosed with a traditional coyote fence.
