• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The fireplace is currently not operational.
• There is no central air conditioning; however, ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms and the living room, and a portable evaporative cooler is available in the common area.
• Guests are encouraged to close blinds in the morning (living room) and afternoon (dining and kitchen) to maintain a cool interior.
• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection; additional fees and taxes may apply.
