To ensure a safe stay, identity verification via a valid government-issued photo ID is required prior to arrival, and the ID must match the credit card used for payment. All guests must sign the Guest Occupancy Agreement. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (up to $2,000) is included in the reservation. Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
