• Property Notes: A separate casita is located on site and may be rented; there are no shared spaces between the casita and main house. For security, exterior cameras are located at the driveway, front door, and garage door area.
• Requirements: Minimum booking age is 25. Stays exceeding 30 days require a mid-stay clean at the guest's expense.
