The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — stove, microwave, blender, toaster, refrigerator, filtered drinking water, and all essential cookware. You’ll even find traditional tequileros to add a playful, local touch to your stay.
A spacious breakfast bar with three comfortable stools creates the perfect setting to cook, connect, and enjoy memorable moments.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available within the unit, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.

The living room is where design and personality come together. A striking mural by renowned Mexican artist Mario Spedicatto brings the space to life with his signature figurative style, blending urban and natural elements with a playful, unmistakably Mexican character.

Welcome to Rosamorada, a beautifully curated retreat in the heart of Versalles Vallarta one of Puerto Vallarta’s most up-and-coming and stylish neighborhoods.
Please note: Rosamorada is located in a newly developed building that is in its final stages of completion (approximately 80% finished). The unit itself is fully completed and ready for your stay; however, some common areas of the building are still being finalized. The pool and rooftop are not currently available. Guests may notice occasional daytime activity, limited elevator availability, and areas that require extra care when moving through the building.
This space is best suited for guests who are comfortable staying in a new development environment while final touches are being completed.
