Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this unit is located on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Pets are not allowed. While all roads are paved, please be aware that they may ice over during winter months. For safety and noise control, the property is equipped with a smart lock system, a video/audio doorbell, and decibel measuring devices both indoors and outdoors. Please note that there is no boat slip available for guest use.
