• Bathrooms: Four total, including an ensuite for the main level primary, a main level guest bath, a shared upstairs hall bathroom, and an ensuite for the fifth bedroom.

As part of the Lighthouse Legacy Collection, this home was built in the 1930s and 1940s and has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its historic character and architectural charm. The interior features a unique dual-kitchen layout with full kitchens on both the upper and lower levels, making meal prep effortless. Guests can relax in the cozy family room, enjoy the large sunroom, unwind in the upstairs TV room, or take in outdoor breezes from either the upper deck or backyard deck.

Located on the south end of the island, you are just a 2-5 minute walk from the beach. The surrounding Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub, providing easy access to shopping, dining, the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, and Neptune Park with its ocean-side pool, miniature golf, and fishing pier.

• Pets: Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs (25lbs or less) with a $250 pet fee. Puppies under 1 year and breeds deemed 'vicious' by insurance are not permitted.
• Age Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age is 30, or children accompanying parents; no student groups are permitted.
• Rules: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. No events, parties, or unauthorized overnight guests.
