The residence is thoughtfully configured with 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements offer versatility and privacy: one bedroom features a TV and direct access to the backyard, while another is equipped with three beds and an en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms also boast en suite bathrooms, and the main bedroom—tucked away at the back of the home—provides a secluded sanctuary with its own en suite bathroom, private living room, and direct access to the outdoor area.

Inside, the home is designed for connection and relaxation. Guests can enjoy two separate living areas and a well-appointed kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a wrap-around bar perfect for easy conversing. The dining area accommodates eight people, with an additional six bar stools at the kitchen counter for casual meals.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Summer House experience, featuring a private pool and spa, as well as an outdoor bar and kitchen for alfresco entertaining.

Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Pool and Spa Heating: Heating is available between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. This requires a three-night minimum stay and seven days' advance notice. The pool and spa share a single heater; therefore, the pool must be heated for the spa to function. When the spa is isolated for higher temperatures, the pool will not heat. Please turn off the spa when finished. Note that if outside temperatures drop below 55°F, the pool may not maintain a warmer temperature, and refunds are not provided if the water is still actively warming.
