Location & Neighborhood: Located in a prime spot on the island, the property is near the modern Coligny Beach Park, which provides benches, swings, and changing rooms for beachgoers. Just a mile down the coast is the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, a local favorite for over 35 years featuring more than 100 boutiques, coffee shops, and delicious island cuisine. Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable fee per pet; a maximum of 2 dogs is permitted, and cats are generally not allowed unless specifically approved by the owners. Pool heating is available from September 1 through May 25 for an additional nightly fee; requests must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
