• Pets: Allowed with a $200 fee per pet (Maximum of 2 dogs; no cats permitted)
• Pool Heating: Available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 for an additional fee of $69/night. Requests must be made at least seven days in advance. Please note that pools may not maintain temperature if outside air is below 55°F.
• Vehicle Restrictions: Trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and rooftop cargo (such as kayaks or canoes) are not permitted within the Plantations and Condominium Complexes. Electric bikes are not allowed in the Plantations.
