Designed for maximum comfort and privacy, the home features 6 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the first floor offers two bedrooms each with two twin beds; the second floor includes a queen bedroom and a room with twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa; and the third floor hosts two king suites, including an oversized ocean-view primary suite for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom is designed to provide a personal sanctuary, with most featuring their own private ensuite bathrooms.

Guests can enjoy a variety of high-end features, including three ocean-view porches perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine. For recreation, the property boasts a private pool deck with a 20'x15' pool (heating available for an additional fee outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day), a pool table, and a ping pong table. The interior is bright and open, featuring a wet bar, a second living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the elevator is currently not working. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per The Good Neighbor Policy. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable fee per pet (maximum of 2 dogs; cats require owner approval). Cancellations made 90+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund; shorter windows result in partial or full forfeiture of payments.
