Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (Maximum 2 dogs; no cats without prior approval). A $200 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
• Pool Heat: Available from Labor Day to Memorial Day for $65 per day plus tax. Requires 7 days' notice and payment prior to check-in.
• Neighborhood Rules: Guests must abide by The Good Neighbor Policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Restrictions: No smoking on premises. E-bikes, trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, RVs, and rooftop cargo (excluding car top carriers) are not permitted within the Plantations.
