The main bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a king bed, a television, and an ensuite private bath. The guest bedroom is versatile, providing a queen bed and a twin bed along with a television and access to the hall bath. For additional guests, the living room includes a convenient queen sleeper sofa. To ensure a restful stay, the owner has provided brand new mattresses in both bedrooms.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please note that this complex is not equipped with elevators. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are required to follow the Good Neighbor Policy, which includes observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and refraining from illegal activities. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and pets are not allowed.

Special Plantation and Condominium rules apply: trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and rooftop cargo (such as kayaks or canoes) are not permitted, with the exception of standard car top carriers. Additionally, electric bikes are not allowed within the Plantations.
