Upon entering through the double wooden doors, you are greeted by a stunning two-story Great Room designed for relaxation and gathering. This expansive living area features beautiful wood floors, a comfortable leather sofa and loveseat, a decorative fireplace, and a wet bar with a TV. Soaring two-story windows flood the space with light and offer the wonderful, natural landscape views that Hilton Head Island is renowned for.

The home is configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. On the main level, the spacious primary suite offers a king bed and a newly-remodeled en suite bathroom featuring a make-up area, a custom body spa shower, and a Kohler hydro jet tub. A second main-floor guest room also provides a king bed and a private, newly-remodeled bath with a shower. The second floor boasts a huge loft overlooking the Great Room, complete with a queen sofa bed and a foosball table. Tucked off the loft is a third bedroom featuring two queen beds and a twin daybed, served by a second-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Enjoy the tranquil lagoon, alive with herons and egrets, from the spacious rear deck which includes a gas grill and seating for four. The property also features a private swimming pool, a lagoon with a dock, and a lovely screened porch with a tiled table and bar seating. Majestic oak trees with Spanish Moss grow right through the back deck, adding to the authentic coastal charm.

Located in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes, guests can take advantage of the FREE Beach Buggy service for convenient transport to and from the shore.

• Parking: Palmetto Dunes strictly enforces parking pass policies; lost passes incur replacement fees ranging from $20 to $100 depending on stay length.
• Provided gear: Six beach towels, two beach chairs, and sand shovels are available for your use.
