On the main level, bedrooms are designed for privacy with en suite bathrooms, including one featuring a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second level hosts a spacious living area with ample seating and a large HDTV, complemented by a kitchenette featuring a fridge, wine cooler, and wet bar. Guests here can enjoy access to an upper-level balcony with lovely ocean views. Additionally, one of the upstairs bedrooms offers its own ocean view, while another connects to an adjacent den and an upstairs laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
