Important House Rules & Policies:

• E-bikes are strictly prohibited within the Plantations.
• Trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and rooftop cargo (excluding car top carriers) are not permitted.
• Parking passes must be maintained; loss of a pass results in charges ranging from $20 to $100 depending on the length of stay, per Palmetto Dunes community policies.
• Seasonal pool heating (Sept 1 - May 25) is available for an additional nightly fee; requests must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Please note that if outside temperatures fall below 55°F, the pool may not maintain a warmer temperature, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
