The bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring a 42-inch flatscreen television and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a spacious shower. The living area is designed for relaxation, boasting a 55-inch flatscreen television, an inviting armchair, and two brand new sitting chairs. This space opens onto a balcony overlooking the lagoon with comfortable patio seating. For dining, the villa offers a table and chairs as well as a two-seat breakfast bar located directly across from a fully equipped kitchen.

Important guidelines include a strict 18+ age requirement for the hot tub, tanning shelf, and upper deck. Grills are prohibited on balconies; please use the shared propane stations. Beach regulations require all belongings to be removed daily and holes to be filled to protect sea turtles. Parking requires a valid decal or visitor pass; commercial vehicles, RVs, motorcycles, and trailers are prohibited. Only private passenger vehicles are permitted.
