While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is thoughtfully detailed for a seamless getaway. The heart of the home is a well-equipped full kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table, which seats six and serves as an ideal spot for family game nights. For relaxation, the inviting living area includes a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite channels, while the delightful sunroom provides a peaceful sanctuary to soak in the surrounding scenery.

Located within the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort, the Pirate Den offers a unique coastal experience. Guests may purchase passes at the Wyndham Cafe for access to resort amenities, including three pools, tennis courts, a gym fitness room, mini golf, a playground, and a beach cabana, though availability is limited per day. Please note that the laundry room is conveniently located under the house via a separate entry door.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all, guests must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises
• Pets are not allowed
• All guests must abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from illegal activity
• Due to resort regulations, boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RVs, and golf carts are prohibited inside the resort
