The main floor hosts a separate queen bedroom with porch access and a laundry set, as well as a hallway area featuring a queen/twin XL bunk and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Upstairs, you will find a luxurious king master suite complete with a private balcony, TV, a small drink refrigerator, and a double vanity bathroom. An additional king master suite offers a full tub/shower combo and a balcony shared with a third queen bedroom. For additional flexibility, a twin XL bed is located on the upstairs landing, accompanied by a second laundry room across the hall.

Gather your group in the fully furnished kitchen, which includes a large island and a dining table that seats 12. Whether you are brewing morning coffee with the Keurig or engaging in board games in the ample living space, the home is built for connection. The home is lifted, providing covered parking for 4 vehicles and a nice entertainment area underneath featuring seating, dining, ping pong, and cornhole.

Located in a private area near the back gate of Wyndham, the property offers a serene escape. Guests can explore the natural beauty of Edisto Island through kayaking, fishing, bird watching, dolphin watching, and beachcombing. For an additional fee, amenity passes can be purchased for access to the gym, tennis and pickleball courts, putt putt, three swimming pools, picnic tables, and a private beach.
