** For last-minute reservations, we rely on the administration to provide the registered guest wristbands. This means that guests will use a QR code for entry during the initial days of their stay until the wristbands are issued.

Other things to note
- Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.

- ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.

- Please notice we only provide bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation.

-The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

- You will be asked to use a bracelet during your stay. Please follow the complex rules.

- This is a smoke free property. Any smoking in the property may result in an additional cleaning fee.
