The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom contains a double and a twin bed, with an additional rollaway available in the closet. The full bathroom includes a convenient shower and tub combination.

Outdoor living is central to the Kokomo experience. Step outside to a spacious wraparound deck providing ample room to grill, dine, and relax. The property is thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs and includes a quintessential outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand, as well as a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. For indoor comfort during the warm summer months, the home is equipped with a mini split system to ensure a cool environment.
