Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in Bedroom 1, a Double bed in Bedroom 2, a Queen bed in Bedroom 3 (which is open to the lower floor and offers limited privacy), and a Twin bunk bed in Bedroom 4. For additional flexibility, a Queen bed is also available in the common space.

Guests can enjoy an open-concept living area characterized by vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and panoramic windows that frame the coastline. The home is equipped for luxury and leisure, featuring:

Practical details for your stay include check-in from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. For your convenience, there is parking for up to 4 cars on the concrete driveway. Please note the following house rules: no pets are allowed, and smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and parties or events are not permitted. The primary guest must be at least 23 years old, and only registered guests are allowed on the property. Trash collection occurs every Thursday; please note that recycling services are not available.
